Sharing
The great thing about myPortfolio pages is that you can create pages for a number of audiences:
- Yourself only
- Named individuals (ie a tutor, manager or mentor)
- Anyone with access to a generated weblink
- Anyone at Solent
- The whole web!

Share your page/collection via a Secret URL/Private weblink
Generating a secret URL could allow you to share your work in so many ways:
- Email the link to your peers/lecturer for feedback
- Use a link shortener (such as bit.ly) to create a bespoke URL for your CV & LinkedIn
- Share a page with a potential employer - don't forget you can revoke/restrict access whenever you want!
Sharing your page/collection with a named individual
Access can be granted to anyone with a myPortfolio account, or with members of a group. You can find out what pages/collections have been shared with you via the 'Shared with me' section under the 'Portfolio' tab.
