At the moment, your ePortfolio account is live until the week you graduate - that means you have the whole of the summer between finishing your course and your graduation in the November to use your ePortfolio to build a website to advertise yourself.

After graduation you will no longer have access to it (but that may change in the future). It is important that the weeks before your graduation you do the following:

1. Group your pages into relevant 'Collections'
2. Export all of your ePortfolio as a 'Stand alone website'
3. Export individual collections as 'stand alone websites'
4. Export your entire ePortfolio as a LEAP2A file

This way you will have a complete record of your ePortfolio data.

As mentioned previously, we are working on allowing you to keep your ePortfolio hosted here at Solent for a few years after you have graduated. Until this has happened you can have your ePortfolios hosted by external companies by either:

• sending them your complete LEAP2A file (at a price)
• manually transferring your 'stuff' across

You can choose what sort of account you want to have ie Free or Premium - it all depends on how much space you want!
